I’m completely in love with this song (and the accompanying video). Not only because it’s cute and catchy – and I ask for little more in youtube videos – but also because of the hours we all spent in elementary school, lamenting over the lack of proper realistic people-colors. Oh sure, now kids get Multicultural Crayons. Why, in my day we only got eight crayons, and not a one of ’em reflected anything found in nature! We also had to walk without shoes uphill five miles through the snow to get to school. Both ways. And we were GRATEFUL.
*shaking fist at kids these days*
My goal is to memorize this song by the time you and Justin hit California for Thanksgiving. love, kurt
I’m officially requesting a post-turkey performance.
Mwahahahaha.
(multicultural crayons have been around for a while…) At least as long as Indigenous Peoples Days… which I’m disappointed you don’t mention, as it is seasonal.

It’s an issue of Indigenous Peoples Day colliding with “we can’t afford paper, much less multicultural crayon collections” in my school district I guess… I STILL say kids these days don’t know how good they’ve got it though! *continuing to shake fist*
